Shirley Aguas

Greetings everyone!  I am already a member of HubPages under the name "Shirley Pisa". Now that I am using my maiden's name, I wish to have my writings acknowledge under this name.

I am a proud single mom and a best friend to my only son, Vincent. I prefer simplicity in life, and my idea of good time is staying at home and sharing jokes with my teen age son.

I had my share of diverse work tasks in the past. I was in a Finance Department of a prestigious construction firm. I received a TQM Award and an early bird award while I was with the construction company.  I was a technical support in various internet provider in USA. I also received a “Top Agent Award” and “Top performer” award while still on call. I also became a quality assurance specialist for call center agents based in USA who were taking customer service calls.

Currently I am connected with a company that caters contact solution to Australian consumers.

I consider myself a newbie in the art of writing. But I really would like to pursue in this field. I write for Triond. Com, Bukisa, helium and am a blogger as well.
